Refund policy

At Gardenia Pita Chips, we take pride in the quality of our products. Since our chips are perishable food items, we do not accept returns for safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sergenasr.15@gmail.com. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We cannot offer refunds for taste preference, opened packages, or items not stored properly after delivery.
